LYNSAAD WAFELS

30 ml water

2 eiers, geklits

15 ml canola olie

5 ml vanilla geursel

125 ml goue lynsaad, tot meel gemaal

30 g vanilla protein poeier

2,5 ml bakpoeier

versoeter (sucralose) na smaak

knippie fyn neutmuskaat

knippie sout

Verhit ‘n wafelpan of elektriese wafelmaker. Spuit goed met kleefwerende middel. Meng die water, eiers, olie en vanilla in ‘n mengbak saam en klits goed deur. Voeg nou die lynsaad, protein poeier, bakpoeier, versoeter, neut en sout hierby en klits weer goed vir 1-2 minute. Gooi die helfte van die beslag in die wafelmaker (dit sal afhang van die grootte van jou wafelpan – die resep lewer 2 porsies, so deel alles net in die helfte!) Kook tot die wafels goudbruin en gaar is. Bedien met ‘n bietjie botter, suikervrye stroop of tuisgemaakte Banting roomys.
