AARTAPPELS MET SPEK EN SAMPIOENE

Dis ‘n uitdaging om elke dag iets anders op die tafel te sit. Ons help met die dinkwerk

• 6 porsies

Bestanddele

700 g (1 pak) klein aartappeltjies

bietjie olie

1 ui, fyn gekap

5 ml (1 t) vars knoffel, gekap

250 g (1 pakkie) spek, gekap

250 g (1 pakkie) sampioene, gehalveer

30 ml (2 e) vars pietersielie, gekap

sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper na smaak

Metode

1 Kook aartappels in kookwater tot amper gaar, ongeveer 15 minute of tot mes kan deursteek. Laat bietjie afkoel en sny aartappeltjies in helftes of kwarte.

2 Verhit olie en soteer ui, knoffel en spek tot net gaar. Voeg sampioene en pietersielie by en soteer nog drie minute tot sampioene amper gaar is.

3 Skep aartappeltjies terug in kastrol by sampioenmengsel. Geur met sout en peper na smaak.

4 Hou warm tot opdiening.
