Beef and bacon skewers

These tasty beef and bacon paleo skewers are great enjoyed on their own at a barbecue or as part of a dinner spread accompanied with salad, dip and bread.
Ingredients
350 g beef rump steak, trimmed, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
8 button mushrooms, halved (or 16 whole, if small)
1 zucchini, halved, cut into 2 cm pieces
2 short cut bacon slices, quartered
Steps
Thread beef, mushrooms, zucchini and bacon onto eight soaked bamboo skewers. Spray a barbecue plate or chargrill with oil. Heat on medium.
Drizzle skewers with olive oil. Grill or barbecue skewers 3-4 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking.
Tips
Serve skewers with tzatziki for dipping. Accompany with Greek salad and flatbread, if liked.
