Kors

250 ml koekmeel

5 ml bakpoeier

5 ml sout

sowat 65 g margarien of botter

Maak deeg aan en voer tertbak daarmee uit

Vulsel

250 g ontbytspek, gesnipper en gebraai

250 g ham

250 ml kaas, gerasper

3 hardgekookte eiers, opgekap

5 ml mosterd

pietersielie

Meng alles liggies saam en skep in tertkors.

Stel oond intussen op 180 °C.

Maak ‘n witsous van

30 ml koekmeel

30 ml margarien of botter

500 ml melk

Giet die sous oor vulsel

Bolaag

250 ml melk

1 eier

Klits die eier en melk saam en giet bo-oor.

Bak sowat 30 minute of tot goudbruin.
