Ingredients
Dough
1⁄4 cup water
1 cup milk
1⁄2 cup melted butter
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 cup sugar
41/2 cups flour
I packet yeast
Filling:
1 cup brown sugar
5 tablespoon cinnamon
1⁄2 cup butter
Mix well
Icing:
1⁄4 lb butter beat till white then add 1 tub of cream cheese and icing sugar as needed
Dough:
Melt butter with water and milk. Let it cool. Add egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and make dough. Let rise. Divide in 2 and roll into oblong rotis.
Filling:
Spread half mixture on one roti with fingers..sprinkle pecan nuts if desired...roll into swiss roll...cut (2finger size) put in muffin pan or pyrex, let rise....bake @ 180 for 15-20 minutues.
Drizzle cream cheese icing.
