Here are four delicious avocado dips to serve in avocado shell-bowls.

HERBED AVOCADO DIP

INGREDIENTS

1 avocado

2 tablespoons Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt

1 tablespoon minced chives

1 tablespoon minced cilantro

1 tablespoon minced parsley

Pinch of salt

Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

Halve the avocado, remove seed, and scoop ripe flesh out into a medium bowl. Keep the shells for serving.

Mash avocado and mix with yogurt and herbs. Stir together well and season with salt.

Spoon the dip back into the avocado halves.

Serve dip with Food Should Taste Good™ chips!

TACO AVOCADO DIP

INGREDIENTS

1 avocado

2 tablespoons Yoplait® Greek plain yogurt

1 tablespoon Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1 tablespoon minced red onion

Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

Halve the avocado, remove seed, and scoop ripe flesh out into a medium bowl. Keep the shells for serving.

Mash avocado and mix with yogurt and Old El Paso™ taco seasoning. Fold in the jalapeno, tomatoes and red onion.

Spoon the dip back into the avocado halves.

Serve dip with Food Should Taste Good™ chips!

BLACK BEAN AVOCADO DIP

INGREDIENTS

1 ripe avocado

2 tablespoons Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt

1/4 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup sweet corn

2 tablespoons red onion, minced

Pinch of salt

Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

Halve the avocado, remove seed, and scoop ripe flesh out into a medium bowl. Keep the shells for serving.

Mash avocado and mix with yogurt and stir in black beans, corn and red onion. Season with salt.

Spoon the dip back into the avocado halves.

Serve dip with Food Should Taste Good™ chips!

LOX AVOCADO DIP

INGREDIENTS

1 avocado

2 tablespoons Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt

1 ounce lox, chopped

2 tablespoons red onion

1 tablespoon capers

Pinch of salt

Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

Halve the avocado, remove seed, and scoop ripe flesh out into a medium bowl. Keep the shells for serving.

Mash avocado and mix with yogurt. Fold in chopped lox, red onion and capers. Season the dip with a pinch of salt.

Spoon the dip back into the avocado halves.
