Lime & Macadamia Fudge

Makes 24 pieces
* 400g (14 oz) can condensed milk
* 500g (18 oz) white chocolate, chopped
* 150g (5.3 oz) macadamia nuts, chopped
* 2 limes, zest finely grated
Line an 18 cm (8-inch) square baking pan with baking/parchment paper. Place condensed milk and chocolate in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Add the nuts and zest and mix well. Pour into the prepared pan and refrigerate overnight prior to cutting.
It's just that easy & so very delicious!
