750 ml (3 koppies) Klapper

375 ml (1 1/2 koppies) Bruinsuiker

1000 ml (4 koppies) Hawermout

375 ml (1 1/2 koppies) Glutenvrye Bruismeel

5 ml Sout

5 ml Kaneel

250 g Botter of Margarien gesmelt

45 ml (3 eetlepels) Gouestroop

10 ml Koeksoda opgelos in 125 ml (1/2 koppie) melk

Verhit oond tot 180 grade Celsius

Meng 1ste 6 bestanddele met 'n draadklitser

Smelt botter en gouestroop saam

Voeg koeksoda en melk by en meng goed

Meng met droë bestanddele tot alles deeglik gemeng is

Spuit jou grootste oondpan en druk die mengsel gelyk en styf daarin

Bak op die middelrak van die oond vir 25 minute

Sny in blokkie en laat in pan afkoel.

Lig met eierspaan uit die pan en berg in 'n digte houer
