Fantastiese uieslaai

Die oorsprong van die resep is onbekend aan my. Ek het by my nig gekry en sy weer by iemand wat hom by iemand wat hom by iemand gekry het......kom seker iewers van die ouma grootjies af!

Ongeveer 1kg klein uitjies, geskil

2 eiers

1/4k wit asyn

1/2 e koekmeel

1/2 k suiker

Sout en peper

Kook uitjies sag in genoeg water om te bedek. Dreineer en geur met sout en peper. Klits die eiers, asyn, suiker en koekmeel goed saam. Giet in kastrol en meng maar aanhoudend met n whisk. Prut tot verdik. Voeg uitjies by en meng deeglik en laat afkoel. Bottel en hou in die yskas.
