cherry tomatoes

black olives

basil leaves

mozzarella cut in rounds

Method:

Half the cherry tomatoes

Make an insiscion in the middle of one end of the cherry tomato

Half the olives

Place a basil leaf on a mozzarella disk

Position the cherry tomato on the basil leaf

Position the olive infront of the cherry tomato, with the insicion facing backwards

Add basil stems under the olive for the antenae

Add small drops of balsamic for the black spots
