Bacon Wrapped Artichoke Hearts with Lemon Dijon Aioli

2 14-oz. jars artichoke hearts
8 slices bacon, halved crosswise
1/2 Cup of Hellman's Mayonnaise
2 Tbs of Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tsp of Freshly Grated Lemon Zest
1 Tbs of Dijon Mustard
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drain artichoke hearts.
Wrap artichoke heart in bacon and place on non stick cookie sheet seam side down.
Cook until bacon becomes golden brown and crispy, about 25 minutes to 30 minutes or so.
Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest and Dijon mustard.
Serve alongside bacon artichoke hearts and enjoy.
