1. Was 500g groenboontjies, haar dit af en kerf dit fyn.

2. Was en skil 1 middelmatige aartappel en 1 middelmatige ui, sny dit in skyfies en

voeg by die boontjies, Indien verkies, kan by die boontjies. Indien verkies, kan ʼn

klein stukkie skaapvleis ook bygevoeg word.

3. Kook die groente 40 minute of langer stadig in ʼn klein hoeveelheid water tot alles

sag is.

4. Maak dit met ʼn vurk fyn en voeg sout, peper en botter by na smaak.
