Battered Fish

Fresh fish cut into pieces
Oil for frying
Flour to coat the fish
Marinade:
1/4 cup lemon juice
5 spoons worcestshire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fish seasoning
Batter:
1cup self raising flour
2 eggs
Warm water
Salt and pepper
1 dishing spoon of kelloggs seasoning
Method:
Mix the marinade ingredients together and marinade the fish.
Dip the fish in the flour and coat well then into the batter.
Let it rest in the fridge for 10 min
Fry until golden brown. Lay the fish in a serving dish, mix tog some crushed black pepper, lemon juice, pinch of salt and some chopped dhania.
Spoon over the fish while its still warm and serve.
