Cauliflower Mutton Stew

Ingredients:
1kg mutton
3 large onions chopped (for a nyc gravy)
2 medium cauliflower
500g carrots peeled and cut into thick strips
6 - 8 Potatoes peeled and halved
2 Chillies
Salt and ground pepper to taste
A big pot
Method:
Sautee your meat with onion until nice and brown
Add chilli and cauliflower, simmer about 10min
Add carrots and potatoes.
Add salt and pepper
Leave to cook until potatoes are soft
Serve with rice (atchaar optional)
