Crab curry

Ingredients
3 full Crabs cleaned and in portions.
10 tomatoes
8 green chillies
1 onion
1 sprig curry leave
Dhania
1 full curry spoon Chillie Powder(extra special Osmans Tajmahal)
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp ground spice(jeera, dhania, soomph,garum masala mixed together)
2 tsp ginger garlic
Tamarind (optional)
Oil
Method
Fry onion in oil. I use extra oil. When brown add ginger garlic and spices and braise in oil. Add tomatoes, chillies and curry leaves. When tomatoes slightly softened add the crab. Let it simmer on medium heat . When almost done you can mix a little tamarind in water and add to curry and then garnish.
