Geroomde Sampioene en Spinasie op Roosterbrood

(Genoeg vir 4 snye)

Bestanddele

500 g sampioene

400 g spinasieblare

40 ml olyfolie

2 knoffelhuisies, fyngekap

250 g creme fraiche

sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper

geroosterde ciabattabrood

Metode

Sny 500 g sampioene in skywe.

Verhit sowat 40 ml olyfolie in 'n diep pan.

Voeg sampioene en 2 fyngekapte knoffelhuisies by.

Geur met sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper en braai tot sampioene sag is.

Voeg 400 g spinasieblare by sampioene en braai tot blare verlep het.

Voeg 250 g creme fraiche by en roer deur tot creme fraiche warm is.

Sit voor met snye geroosterde ciabattabrood.
