Lemon Butter Prawns

1 kg large pink prawns
150g butter
250ml fresh cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon aromat
1 teaspoon portuguese spice
1 teaspoon peri-peri spice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Sauce
Melt half of the butter, and add the rest of the ingredients, except the prawns. Boil on meduim heat till mixture thickens slightly. Set aside
Prawns
Cook prawns in remaining butter till done. Add sauce to prawns and cook for a further 5 minutes
Serve with yellow spicy rice or chips
