Mediterranean Prawn Bake

Serves 4
* 500g/1pound, green prawns, peeled
* 2 teaspoons fresh oregano leaves
* 690g/24ounce of jar tomato and herb pasta sauce
* 100g/3.5oz reduced-fat feta cheese
Preheat the oven to 180c/360f. Spread the prawns evenly in a medium oven-proof dish and sea on well with cracked pepper. Sprinkle with oregano, spoon the pasta sauce over the prawns, and top with the feta. Bake, uncovered, until the prawns are cooked and the feta is golden, about 20 minutes.
