Mini plaited rolls.

For the dough:
500g flour
250ml milk
1pkt instant yeast or 21g fresh yeast
40g butter
1tsp sugar
2tsp salt
In addition:
1 egg beaten
Poppy seeds for sprinkling.
Preparation:
Put the yeast in just a little of warm milk together with the sugar while preparing the rest of the dough. (I made the dough in the bread machine u can make it be hand just to much work...lol) put flour, butter, salt,and make into bread crumbs then add the yeast mixture and remaining milk all in the bread machine let it do the work for you. If by hand do. the process like you will be making bread. I leave it in the bread machine for 45 min program and leave in for a further half hour. When risen I make little balls about 40g each roll in a rope then plait put on baking sheet brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle the poppy seeds leave to raise for a further 30mins in a warm place. Bake in over at 180degree for about 20mins depending on your oven. Enjoy.
