Custard biscuits

Ingredients
180 gram butter soft
125 icing sugar
5 ml baking powder
250 ml flour
160 ml custard powder
Method
Cream butter and icing sugar till nice and fluffy
Sift dry ingredients add to butter mixture
Mix well
Roll mixture into small balls on baking paper press with a fork
Bake at 160 degrees until light brown for 10 - 15 minutes
Dust with icing sugar once cool or sandwich together with icing sugar half cup and 2 tablespoon milk mixed together.
