Laticia’s Saldanha Pilchards Lunch

Ingredients:
1 x 400g can Saldanha Pilchards in Tomato Sauce OR Hot Chilli Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp chutney
½ cup mushrooms, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh rolls or toasted bread
Method:
Drain and flake the pilchards, placing them in a bowl.
Using a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chutney, mushrooms, salt and pepper and microwave for 2 – 3 minutes.
Add the pilchards to the mixture, spreading on toast or fresh rolls.
Takes about 10 minutes.
