Ek het hierdie resep in die Slow Cooker gemaak. Eers die uie op die stoof gebraai en die sous gemaak. Ek het ook 1/2 koppie Tamatie Cocktail ingegooi. Jy kan ook tamatiepuree gebruik.

Kookolie

2 Uie

3 huisies Knoffel

* Braai tot ligbruin.

* Voeg by uiemengsel en braai weer:

2 eetl Kerrie

2 eetl Borrie

1 tlp Sout

½ tlp Fyn Gemmer of toontjie vars gemmer

Kerrieblare

Pypkaneelstokkies

Voeg by:

1 kop Asyn

1 eetl Appelkooskonfyt

2 kg Skaapvleis

± 600 g aartappels

Wortels (opsioneel)

Kook stadig todat vleis lekker sag is.

Aartappels moet saam met die vleis opgesit word anders word dit nie sag nie.

Bedien saam met rys en sambal.
