Mince curry with green beans & potatoes

Fry 5 cloves in oil, remove from oil & leave aside.
Fry onions, whole Jeera seeds & curry leaves.
Then add 1 teaspoon of each:
Garam Masala,
Jeera pwd,
Tumeric pwd,
Dhania pwd,
Mixed Curry & Chilli pwd,
Roasted, crushed fine Jeera seeds (now powder),
whole crushed, dried chilli,
roast all on low for abt 10 seconds (make sure u cooking on medium heat!!!).
Make sure you don't burn mix!!
Add fresh ground Ginger & Garlic, mix.
Then add mince & potatoes &
fresh coriander & mix gently.
Then after 5 minutes, add diced, fresh tomatoes.
Add boiled water gently as required....depending on how dry the mix is & how much gravy you like!
When pototoes are almost cooked, add green beans & simmer, make sure green beans cooked.
Throw in a few green chillies. Add salt & stir gently.
Once green beans & potatoes are cooked to your satisfaction, remove from heat & garnish with coriander. Throw in fried Cloves. Serve with freshly cooked rice, fresh bread, naan bread or roti.
