The easiest ever mayonnaise? Ready in a minute in immersion blender!

Ingredients:

1 organic egg
2 teaspoons unsweetened mustard (like dijon)
1/8 teaspoon ground organic white pepper
1/3 teaspoon (or to taste) unrefined sea salt
1 teaspoon raw organic apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup = 180 ml light olive oil
Directions:

1. Place the egg, mustard, white pepper, salt and the vinegar in blending jar (picture 1).
2. Place the immersion blender in the jar, so that it reaches the bottom of the jar.
3. Pour in the olive oil. Don't lift the immersion blender or turn it on yet, but let it stand in the bottom of the jar all the time (picture 2).
4. Start blending, and blend until the oil has completely incorporated and the mayonnaise is smooth. You can lift the blender very slowly in the end to get all the oil incorporated (picture 3).
5. Ready (picture 4)!
