1 kg Stokvis, stukke gesny

Sout en swartpeper

80 ml Mielieblom

1 k Bruismeel

5ml sout

5ml kerriepoeier

250 ml Bier

Olie vir diepvetbraai

Geur vis met sout en peper

Bedek met mielieblom

Sif bruismeel, sout en kerrie en meng met die bier

Verhit olie

Doop vis in die beslag en bak tot gaar
