Biltong Salad Recipe.jpg

This salad is very special. I made it this week and realized it is a meal on its own. Hope you like it! Keep your taste buds going and serve while the meat is on the braai!

Ingredients:

 1 head of lettuce

 100 grams thinly slice biltong of your choice

 2 cups paw-paw diced

 1 cup watermelon diced (optional)

 1 cup diced feta cheese

 Blue cheese dressing

Method:

Wash the lettuce and break in small chunks. Add all the ingredients and mix slightly with two spoons, be careful not to make it too soggy. Make sure the salad dressing is enough to cover the entire salad, or if you prefer just dot it with the dressing as some people do not like the taste of blue cheese.

Serve and enjoy this super South African salad.

Hope you enjoy it!
