Crème caramel with Lime, Mint and Strawberry Recipe

Crème caramel like you have never had before.

Ingredients:

 175g sugar

 10ml lime juice

 150ml whole milk

 275ml cream

 4 eggs

 5ml vanilla

Method:

 Caramalise the sugar with the lime juice

 Heat the milk and cream

 Wisk the eggs in a bowl

 Put 2/3 of the caramel into a souffle dish

 Add the milk and cream to the rest of the caramel put back on the heat and melt the caramel in the cream

 Slowly add the cream mix to the eggs

 Pour in the souffle dish and put in a bain marie in the oven and bake for 1 1/4 hour at 150*c

 When it comes out the oven cover with cling wrap and let cool in the fridge.

Turn out and serve with Strawberries
