Crème caramel with Lime, Mint and Strawberry Recipe

Crème caramel like you have never had before.
Ingredients:
175g sugar
10ml lime juice
150ml whole milk
275ml cream
4 eggs
5ml vanilla
Method:
Caramalise the sugar with the lime juice
Heat the milk and cream
Wisk the eggs in a bowl
Put 2/3 of the caramel into a souffle dish
Add the milk and cream to the rest of the caramel put back on the heat and melt the caramel in the cream
Slowly add the cream mix to the eggs
Pour in the souffle dish and put in a bain marie in the oven and bake for 1 1/4 hour at 150*c
When it comes out the oven cover with cling wrap and let cool in the fridge.
Turn out and serve with Strawberries
