Sensational recipe for Elderflower Fritters that’s loved by Children and Adults.
INGREDIENTS
12 Large elder flowers heads open
Sun flower oil
3 Eggs
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1 Cup milk
1 Cup cake flower
Cup water
Icing sugar for sprinkle
METHOD
Mix eggs, sugar and cinnamon
Mix the flour, milk and water until it is a running batter
Heat the oil in large pan
Hold every flower at its stem en dip the whole flower in the batter and put in warm oil
Let it fry for 2 minutes until golden brown
Cut the stem off and place the flower in plate and sprinkle with icing sugar
Serve warm with cream
Serves 4 people.
