Turkey Shanks Recipe

Ingredients;
4 turkey shanks
1 onion
4 sprigs of thyme
200 ml chicken stock
200ml sweet chilli tomato chutney
200 ml white wine
Braai salt
Salt & pepper
200ml double cream
Method;
Chop the onion and put in a roasting tray.
Place the turkey on top of the onions and cover with wine and chicken stock
Season with salt pepper and braai salt
Cover with foil and roast in the oven for more or less 2 hours then take the foil off and add the chutney and put back n the oven for 30 min
