Cheese and Onion Muffins

Ingredients:
1½ cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder (15ml)
Pinch salt
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup milk
1 large egg
¼ cup cooking oil
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 180’C
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and add the cheese.
Combine the soup mix and milk and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Beat egg and add to the milk mixture together with the oil. Mix well.
Add the dry ingredients a little at a time until well combined.
Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 180’C for 15 to 20 minutes.
