South African Sushi Salad

When you think you know it all you get a wonderful tip on making a super salad. My daughter got this tip from a Chef and made the salad yesterday and I can honestly say it works, even when she refrigerated the left over salad it kept beautifully. Use any amount of ingredients according to the amount of people you are having for dinner.
Ingredients
Sliced biltong
Fresh Lettuce washed and cut in pieces
Chopped tomatoes
Diced onions
Herbs of your choice
Black pitted Olives
1 large avocado
Sauce:
Olive Oil
Crushed garlic
Lemon juice
Little water
Salt and pepper
Method:
Slice the avocado in cubes and place the pit in the middle of the bowl. Add all the salads in layers in the bowl. The pit in the middle prevents the avocado to turn brown. Sprinkle the biltong on the top.
Mix your Salad sauce and set aside. I like to have different sauces for my guests to choose from.
