1 ryp avo in blokkies gesny

1 bakkie salmgeur roomkaas

1 koppie louwarm melk

3 eetlepels Cremora

3 teelepels gelatine (gespons oor koue water en aangemaak met kookwater)

Sout, peper en cayenne peper na smaak.

Roer die roomkaas by die louwarm melk tot glad.

Meng die Cremora en geurmiddels by die melk en roomkaas in.

Voeg die gelatine by en roer goed.

Voer ‘n bakkie uit met kleefplastiek.

Pak die avo blokkies in die bakkie.

Giet die roomkaas melkmengsel oor die avo blokkies.

Maak toe met kleefplastiek en laat stol in die yskas.

Bedien op ‘n bed pietersielie kouskous
