1 pakkie bacon gesnipper

400g gevriesde chips

4 gaar aartappels in skyfies

3 eetlepels mayonaise

½ koppie room

2 teelepels garlic & herb spice

½ koppie gerasperde kaas van jou keuse

½ koppie gerasperde kaas vir bo oor

Meng die bacon, gesnyde gaar aartappel en gevriesde chips in ‘n oondvaste bak en bak tot die bacon gaar is.

Meng die mayonaise, room, speserye en ½ koppie kaas en meng deur die aartappel en bacon mengsel

Bak ‘n verdere 10 minute.

Strooi kaas bo oor en rooster tot goud bruin.

Bedien met tamatieslaai
