BRINJAL BREDIE

2 groot brinjals geskil, in blokkies gesny en gesweet

2 uie gekerf

4 toontjies knoffel gekerf

2 murgpampoentjies in blokkies gesny

2 wortels in ringe gesny

1 blikkie tamaties

250 g maalvleis

1 koppie rou rys

1 eetlepel bladjang

20 ml worcestersous

2 teelepels kerrie

Sout en peper

Braai die uie, knoffel en maalvleis tot die maalvleis verbruin.

Braai die rou rys in ‘n bietjie olie tot die rys begin skiet.

Voeg die brinjal by die rys en braai liggies deur.

Voeg die res van die groente en vleis by die rys en brinjal mengse.

Voeg die geurmiddels by.

Bedek met water en prut tot al die water geabsorbeer is.

Indien jy van meer brand hou kan jy vars rissies byvoeg.
