3 tamaties – uitgehol (sny die uitgehaalde tamatie in klein blokkies)

1 klein ui – gekerf

3 toontjies knoffel – gekerf

2 snytjies se croutons

2 viennas in ringetjies gesny en bruin gebraai

groen, rooi en geel pepper in klein blokkies gesny

40g mozzarella in blokkies gesny

2 eiers – geklits met 60ml melk

Meng al die bestanddele en vul die tamaties.

Maak seker dat elke tamatie van die eier en melkvloeistof ook in kry.

Pak die tamaties op ‘n gesmeerde bakplaat.

Meng genoeg bruismeel in die orige vulsel om ‘n slap deeg te maak.

Vul silicon muffin vormpies met die deeg.

Pak saam met die tamatie op die bakplaat.

Bak vir 40 minute teen 160 grade Celsius.

Rooster vir ‘n paar minute tot mooi goudbruin.
