EGGLESS SCONES

8 cups flour
500 gr Rama or butter
11/2 cups of sugar
1 tub of buttermilk or plain yogurt(500ml)
METHOD
Rub Rama into flour until it resembles fine bread crumbs
Add sugar and mix it into the breadcrumb mixture
Make a soft dough with the buttermilk
Make into whatever shape you want ( it must be about 2cm high)
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes
