2 Koppies gaar oorskiet soutgroente (ek het blomkool en broccoli gebruik)

1 Koppie Koekmeel

1 Eier

1 Teelepel Bakpoeier

1/2 Koppie Karringmelk / Yoghurt

Meng al die bestanddele goed saam. Die groente moenie fyn-fyn wees nie. Dit is lekker as dit nog ‘n bietjie chunky is.

Doop ‘n lepel in warm olie en skep dan lepelsvol deeg in die warm olie.

Bak tot goudbruin.

Bedien met ‘n doopsous.

Enige gaar soutgroente werk vir die resep. Roomspinasie met feta is heerlik. Wortel-en-aartappel mash werk lekker, maar my gunsteling is oorskiet groenboontjies met baie uie, aartappel en swart peper!!
