Cut puff pastry into squares,make slits from the centre to each point.
Fold from point to centre, sticking pastry in centre with a dab of water,
Eggwash and bake at 180'C.Allow to cool and add topping of choice.
Sweet , fresh cream whipped with sugar and strawberry jam, cream cheese and jam, custard
Savoury, herb and garlic cream cheese, gherkins and jalepenos
