Chicken Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken – 450 gms, minced, boneless.
Egg – 1
Breadcrumbs – 1/4 cup.
Parsley – 1/4 cup, chopped.
Dry White Wine – 2 tblsp.
Salt as per taste.
Black Pepper Powder as per taste.
Olive Oil – 3 tsp.
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp.
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp.
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients, except oil, in a bowl.
2. Mix well until evenly combined.
3. Make small balls of this mixture and keep them on greased baking tray.
4. Drizzle some olive oil on top.
5. Place the tray into a preheated oven at 450F/225C and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
6. Remove and cool.
7. Serve as desired.
