OSTRICH MINCE KEBABS

Ingredients
1 kg ostrich mince
3 large onions grated
1 medium onion , grated and fried
1 cup fresh dhania leaves chopped
5ml ginger/ garlic
5ml fine white pepper
10ml green chillies pounded
5ml cinnamon powder
5ml nutmeg powder
5ml ghuram masala
5ml turmeric powder
Salt to taste
METHOD
Mix all ingredients well together including the fried and raw onions and shape into kebaabs. Place in a pan with 3 tablespoons oil and fry lightly till kebaabs harden and begin to turn brown. Make a tomato chutney and pour over the kebabs.
