Basic Home made chilli paste

2 cups green chillies ( any variety)
( use milder chillies for less hot version)
1 green apple
5 cloves garlics( I prefer fresh garlic)
Salt to taste
Sugar
Lemon juice
METHOD
Put all ingredients in a blender and grind to a fine paste.
Taste and when your taste buds scream 'yay' its done to perfection.
Add sugar to cut down the heat or if you wish add tomatoe sauce or whole tamotoes.
You can also get creative, add an onion, tamarind or garlic sauce....
