250gr Butter
1/2 cup sifted icing sugar
1/2 cup sifted cornflour
1 1/2 teaspoons almond essence
2 cups cake flour
Method:
Cream butter and icing sugar Add essence Mix cornflour into butter mixture Add flour a little at a time till you get a soft dough. Roll and put on a greased baking tray. I used greaseproof paper Press with a fork Bake at 160 for 15 mins.
Icing:
125gr butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond essence
Cream all ingredients and sandwich the biscuits together.
