Hou asb die nat lap naby !

Bestanddele

1,5kg lamsrib in stukke gesny

Sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper

‘n paar druppels suurlemoensap

125ml tamatiesous

125ml blatjang

60ml soet rissiesous (sweet chillie)

60ml sojasous

Metode

Voorverhit die oond tot 160grade.

Voer ‘n oondbak met foelie uit.

Plaas ‘n draadrak binne-in die uitgevoerde bak. Rangskik die ribbetjies op die draadrak.

Geur met sout en peper en ‘n paar druppels suurlemoensap

Maak die sousmengsel deur die tamatiesous, blatjang, soet rissiesous en sojasous te meng.

Giet oor die ribbetjies en gebruik ‘n kwas om die ribbetjies met die sous te smeer soos jy dit braai.

Draai gereeld sodat als eweredig braai.
