Bread Machine Easy Rye Bread

1 cup water
2 tbsps vegetable oil
2 tbsps molasses
1 tbsp gluten
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp caraway seeds
2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ cups rye flour
1 ½ cups bread flour
1 ½ teaspoons dry yeast
Place all of the ingredients in the breadmaker in the order listed. Set for the regular cycle and light color and start the machine.
When the cycle is finished, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack. This is wonderful while still slightly warm with sweet unsalted butter, or refrigerate it and slice into thin even slices for sandwiches.
