1.5lt water

1t sout en

2t cream of tartar

METODE:

Roer tot suiker opgelos is en kook op hoog vir ongeveer 45 tot 60 min.

Dit moet goue stroop se kleur he.

As dit begin kleur moet jy net oppas dit brand baie maklik.

Haal v stoof en gooi nou 500 ml kamer temp water letterlik druppels gewys by.

Jy moet baie versigtig wees dit kook op brand n gat in jou hande waar dit val.

Roer dat elke keer deur.

Laat koud word en daar ht jy lieflike stroop.

NOTA: die stroop sal altyd loperig lyk wanneer warm, maar sal dik wees wanneer koud. Gooi so bietjie suurlemoensap by vir ekstra smaak, maar dis opsioneel.
