1knoffelhuisie fyn gekap,

5ml sout,

knippie van swartpeper,

fyn gemmer,

fyn naeltjies ,

15ml bruinsuiker,

25ml olie,

50ml tamatiepuree,

30ml Sweet Chilli sous,

15ml Worcestersous,

30ml Blatjang,

50ml coke-cola,

50ml vleisaftreksel.

2kg [ongeveer] Bosvarkrib.

Meng al die bestanddele en prut vir so 15min. Plaas jou rib in n oondbak en smeer jou sous oor. Bedek jou pan en bak vir so 11/2h lank by 180*C. Maak vir die laaste 1/2h jou pan oop om mooi bruin te bak.[Kyk maar kort kort en gooi van die sous in die pan weer bo-oor jou rib..baie lekker [kook jou aartappels halfpad en plaas dit rondom jou rib om mooi bruin te bak. Lekker gekookte stamkoring smaak heeeerlik daarby Helena
