Braised cabbage with potato.

1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1 potato (cubed)
2 dry chillies
1/2 tsp whole jeera
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
1 clove crushed garlic
Method
Heat oil and add whole spices. Once the mustard starts to pop add the onions and brown. Add garlic, potato and salt. Cook for about 10 mins then add cabbage. Cover and simmer on low until cooked.
