Chicken and mushroom bake

Ingredients:

oil

1tsp salt

6 chicken breasts

1 pkt cut mushrooms

1 green pepper

1 onion

milk

1 pkt tube pasta

1 tsp ginger and garlic mix

grated cheddar cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

i pkt chicken in a pan cook in sauce

Method:

cut chicken breasts in strips

cut pepper

cook pasta separately

in another pot add oil to pan wait until oil is hot add ginger and garlic and onion,when onion is cooked add chicken strips,brown on high heat.add mushrooms and pepper allow to simmer on low heat for five to ten minutes.

add milk and cook in sauce over chicken and mushrooms wait until sauce thickens add salt then switch stove off.

in a oven dish add non stick spray to dish than add pasta

allow pasta to cool

pour sauce and chicken over the pasta

finally add the two grated cheese over the chicken sauce

grill/cook on high or until cheese is melted and brown

p.s sauce must be thick when adding to pasta
