Lamb & Gem-squash Stew

Ingredients
2kg lamb
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour,
canola oil,
2 medium onions,
4 chillies,
lots of thyme,
curry leaves,
spices such as peppercorns, cinnamon, elachi, cloves, tumeric and ginger and garlic and a pkt of knorr brown onion stew mix.
Various veggies such as baby potatoes, sweetpotatoes, carrots, baby marrows and boiled gem squash ..you can use just about any veg.
Directions:
Toss lamb with seasoned flour; set aside.Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat, add spices. Add onions with chillies curry leaf and thyme. Once onions are browned add a tsp each of tumeric and ginger and garlic. Add meat, brown it. Add salt to your liking. Add boiled water. Cook for about 20min. Then add baby potatoes and sweet potatoes. When those are soft you can add the butternut, marrowsandpattypans(these cook very quickly). Mix the knorr flavouring with half cup of boiled water And add to stew. Lastly add in halved gem squash and garnish with coriander. Throughout the cooking process add water to get the consistency you prefer.
