Lamb Loin chops 'n chutney

Rub lamb cutlets with Kashmiri chilli, turmeric and garum masala...season and panfry in olive oil...to rare...
remove from pan and add chopped onions and garlic to pan...saute and add chopped tomatoes...season and cover pan ...simmer..until tomatoes break down into sauce
then add Lamb tp pan and fresh chilli....coat with sauce and simmer for a few minutes.....add fresh coriander ...serve..
